Agreement

Please read these terms before using the website or placing an order. When you continue to use the site or complete checkout, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms that apply.

01 · Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter the transaction you are requesting.

These terms apply to website visitors, customers, subscribers, applicants, reviewers, retail partners and anyone else who accesses or interacts with Lévietate through the website.

01 Agreement to the Terms

Accessing the website or completing a purchase indicates acceptance of these Terms of Service and the applicable policies linked from the website.

02 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

03 Accurate Information

Information supplied during checkout, support requests, applications or other interactions must be current, complete and accurate.

04 Applicable Rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove a statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived.

02 · Use of the Website

The website may be used for lawful personal and commercial interactions with Lévietate.

Access may be limited or refused when activity threatens the website, its customers, intellectual property, payment systems or the legitimate operation of the studio.

01

Personal Use

You may browse the website, purchase available products, access published resources and contact the studio for legitimate personal or business purposes.

02

Account and Device Security

You are responsible for protecting account credentials, devices and payment methods used to access or purchase through the website.

03

Availability of the Website

Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical problems, service-provider changes or circumstances outside the studio’s control.

04

Refusal of Service

Lévietate may refuse, restrict or cancel service when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, payment risk or a material violation of these terms.

Products are presented as accurately as reasonably possible.

Colour, scale, texture, foil, natural materials and handmade or manufacturing variations may appear differently across devices or individual pieces.

Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, included components, materials, availability and prices may be corrected or updated when new information becomes available. A clear error does not require the studio to complete a transaction on inaccurate terms where the law permits correction or cancellation.

Prices and promotions may change without advance notice. Customers are charged the price and currency displayed and accepted during checkout, subject to applicable taxes, shipping, import charges and corrections required by law.

03 · Orders and Payments

An order is not fully accepted until payment and order review are complete.

An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order. It does not prevent later review for availability, payment, address, pricing, fraud or other material problems.

01 Order Review

Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, inventory, shipping restrictions, address accuracy, quantity limits and suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

02 Payment Authorization

You authorize the available payment service to charge the amount shown at checkout using the payment method you provide.

03 Order Limits

Lévietate may limit quantities or decline orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale, automated purchasing or circumvention of product limits.

04 Cancellation by the Studio

An order may be cancelled when it cannot reasonably be fulfilled. When payment has been captured, the affected amount will be addressed through the original payment method or another lawful resolution.

04 · Shipping

Processing and carrier transit are separate stages.

Shipping options, costs and estimates are displayed during checkout where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Customers are responsible for complete address information and for destination duties, taxes, brokerage or import charges unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

05 · Returns and Order Problems

Completed sales are generally final.

Return, cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the Return Policy and any non-waivable rights that apply to the transaction.

Damage, incorrect products and material fulfilment problems must be reported with the order number and requested supporting information.

Read the Return Policy →

06 · Preorders and Preproduction

Future-release products are purchased with an estimated timeline rather than an immediate shipping date.

Manufacturing, freight, customs, quality review and other production stages can change the estimated release or fulfilment period stated when the order was placed.

01 Estimated Dates

Release and shipping periods are good-faith estimates based on information available during the preorder.

02 Production Changes

Minor specifications, finishes, packaging or production details may be adjusted when reasonably necessary to complete the product.

03 Mixed Orders

An order containing both available and preorder products may be held until all items are ready unless separate fulfilment is offered or arranged.

04 Updates

Material changes or significant delays may be communicated through email, the product page or another reasonable customer notice.

07 · Intellectual Property

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its artwork, writing or design rights.

Website content and Lévietate products may include original artwork, writing, illustrations, photographs, card systems, layouts, packaging, branding, graphics and other protected creative work.

01 Personal Ownership

You may own the physical product purchased, but intellectual property rights in the creative content remain with their lawful owner.

02 No Reproduction

Artwork, card images, text, guidebooks, product photography and website content may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, distributed or sold without written authorization.

03 No Commercial Derivatives

The work may not be altered, traced, repackaged, tokenized, used to train a commercial system or incorporated into another commercial product without permission.

04 Limited Sharing

Reasonable personal photographs, reviews and commentary may be shared when they do not reproduce a substantial portion of a protected publication or enable replacement of the original product.

Content you submit must be yours to share.

Reviews, photographs, messages, testimonials, applications and other submissions must be lawful, accurate and respectful of third-party rights.

01
Ownership

You retain ownership of original content you submit, subject to the limited permission needed to receive, review, respond to or display it for the purpose for which it was provided.

02
Permission

When you submit a review or promotional testimonial for publication, you grant Lévietate permission to reproduce and display it with reasonable editing for length, format and clarity.

03
Accuracy

Submitted content must not impersonate another person, contain knowingly false claims or misrepresent the nature of a commercial or affiliate relationship.

04
Removal

Lévietate may decline, moderate or remove submitted content that is unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, misleading, infringing or otherwise unsuitable for publication.

08 · Prohibited Use

The website may not be used to harm, deceive, interfere or obtain unauthorized access.

Prohibited activity includes conduct that violates law, security, intellectual property, privacy, payment rules or the legitimate rights of Lévietate and other users.

01 Security Interference

Do not introduce malicious code, probe systems, bypass access controls, scrape protected content or interfere with website availability.

02 Fraud and Misrepresentation

Do not use false identities, unauthorized payment methods, fabricated claims or misleading information to obtain products, refunds, benefits or access.

03 Intellectual Property Misuse

Do not copy, harvest, reproduce, resell or exploit protected content beyond the limited uses expressly permitted.

04 Harassment and Abuse

Do not use website forms, reviews, messages or transactions to threaten, harass, discriminate against or abuse another person.

09 · Third-Party Services

The website relies on independent service providers.

Hosting, checkout, payment processing, shipping, analytics, communications and other functions may be performed through third-party services. Their own terms, systems and privacy practices may apply to information or transactions they process.

10 · External Links

A link does not create control over another website.

The website may link to carriers, stockists, social platforms, payment services or other independent sites. Lévietate does not control their availability, content, products, security or policies and is not responsible for their independent conduct.

11 · General Provisions

These terms operate together with the policies linked from the website.

Where a policy contains more specific terms for shipping, returns, privacy or another subject, that specific policy applies to that subject together with these general terms.

01 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada and the province or territory in which Lévietate operates, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies in your location.

02 Severability

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited as required, while the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible.

03 No Waiver

A delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

04 Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated when products, services, laws or business practices change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
