Lévietate — Independent Art & Publishing Studio

A Studio for Meaningful Objects.

Lévietate is an independent Canadian studio creating artist-designed tarot decks, oracle cards and intentional objects shaped by symbolism, visual storytelling and the inner life.

Who We Are

Part publishing house. Part visual atelier.

Lévietate develops original tarot and oracle collections from the first idea through the final object. Each project brings together concept, artwork, symbolism, writing, packaging and tactile design within one complete visual world.

Publishing

Tarot & Oracle

Original card decks developed as complete systems of image, language and symbolism—made for reading, reflection and long-term personal practice.

03

Art Direction

Visual Worlds

Every collection is built around a distinct atmosphere. Colour, typography, collage, symbolism and packaging work together to form one intentional visual language.

04

Objects

For Ritual & Reflection

Beyond the deck, Lévietate creates paper goods, altar objects and contemplative tools intended to bring meaning into everyday spaces.

Symbolism With Depth

Our work draws from archetype, mythology, historical visual language and lived experience—translated through a contemporary artistic perspective.

06

Independence

Artist-Led From Beginning to End

Creative direction remains close to the work. Ideas are not passed through layers of trend forecasting or corporate approval before reaching the person who will use them.

07

Community

Made to Be Lived With

More than 10,000 decks have entered homes, reading tables and sacred spaces around the world—each becoming part of someone else's story.

The Lévietate Perspective

Everywhere can become a sacred space.

We do not believe meaning belongs only to temples, ceremonies or perfect moments. It can exist on a desk, beside a bed, inside a book or in the few quiet minutes someone claims for themselves.

Lévietate creates objects that help hold those moments—without prescribing what they must mean or how they must be used.

The Founder

Created by Yana Saint LéVie.

Lévietate was founded by Canadian artist, author and creative director Yana Saint LéVie as a space where visual art, spiritual inquiry and object design could exist together without compromise.

Yana develops each collection across disciplines—building the concept, visual identity, artwork, written system, packaging and overall experience. This unified process gives every release its own recognizable world while allowing the studio to continually evolve.

Inside the Studio

How an idea becomes an object.

A Lévietate collection often begins long before the first card is designed. Each project develops through research, writing, visual experimentation and repeated refinement.

01

Concept

A central question, atmosphere or symbolic world is identified.

02

Research

Visual references, archetypes and written ideas are gathered.

03

Creation

Artwork and language develop together rather than separately.

04

Object Design

Card size, finish, packaging and tactile details are resolved.

05

Release

The finished collection enters the hands and lives of its readers.

What Makes the Work Different

One vision across every layer.

01

Original concepts

Collections begin with a specific artistic point of view rather than following a category trend.

02

Integrated storytelling

Artwork, writing, symbolism and packaging are developed as parts of the same experience.

03

Independent attention

Small-studio production allows creative details and customer care to remain personal.

04

Objects with staying power

The goal is not novelty for its own sake, but work people continue to use, revisit and keep.
