The Age of Aquarius Tarot is a newly remastered tarot based on the Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot system. This tarot system adds an additional arcana called ‘The Universal Arcana,” made to connect deeper wisdom surrounding the actual Age of Aquarius—An astronomical alignment thought to bring about incredible world-wide changes regarding spirituality, technology and the creative arts.
The traditional Tarot system includes the Major Arcana [22 cards] and the Minor Arcana—totalling the deck to 78 cards. Traditionally, the tarot was used as a fortune telling game. However, in this tarot, we redirect the reader into reflection guided shadow-work. We ask the reader, What is most important to you? What do you need to let go of? and What do you want to bring with you into the future?
