• Stallion Express is a third-party courier that partners with major carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) to provide the best shipping rates. -
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, it may be covered under Stallion Express’s insurance policy (up to $300).
To file a claim, you must:
• Provide clear photographic proof of damage (if applicable).
• Submit a claim through Stallion Express with supporting evidence.
• We do not process refunds or replacements until the claim is approved by the carrier. -
• ALL parcels include tracking.

• Signature release is available upon request only (contact us before shipping). -
• Canada & USA: 3–10 business days (varies by location and carrier delays).
• International: Up to 21 business days (delivery and customs processing may cause additional delays).Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, or customs issues may extend delivery times.

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your order:
• Check with neighbours or your local post office.
• If missing, file a claim with the carrier (Stallion Express or Canada Post).
• We do not issue refunds or reship lost/stolen packages unless a carrier claim is approved.
