Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

  • • Stallion Express (primary carrier, includes up to $300 in parcel insurance)
    • Canada Post (alternative carrier, depending on destination)
    • Stallion Express is a third-party courier that partners with major carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) to provide the best shipping rates.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, it may be covered under Stallion Express’s insurance policy (up to $300).

    To file a claim, you must:

    • Provide clear photographic proof of damage (if applicable).
    • Submit a claim through Stallion Express with supporting evidence.
    • We do not process refunds or replacements until the claim is approved by the carrier.

  • • ALL parcels include tracking.

    • Signature release is available upon request only (contact us before shipping).

  • Canada & USA: 3–10 business days (varies by location and carrier delays).
    International: Up to 21 business days (delivery and customs processing may cause additional delays).

    Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, or customs issues may extend delivery times.

  • • Double-check your shipping address before checkout—we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
    • Order changes/cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase (email hello@levietate.com).

  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your order:

    • Check with neighbours or your local post office.
    • If missing, file a claim with the carrier (Stallion Express or Canada Post).
    • We do not issue refunds or reship lost/stolen packages unless a carrier claim is approved.
