At Levietate Co, we take pride in providing high-quality, ethically made products. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no returns, no refunds policy, with exceptions only for damaged or undelivered items.

No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products, including:
Paper, metals, oils, other hand-picked - on of a kind thrifted items or any other branded finished products.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we may issue online store credit (not cash refunds) upon verification.

Damaged Items:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.Undelivered/Lost Packages:
• Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Provide carrier confirmation of non-delivery (if applicable).
• Once verified, we will issue store credit for the affected items. -
❌ Change of mind (incorrect product selection, dissatisfaction with texture/scent).
❌ Partial usage (even if only a small amount was used).
❌ Orders with incorrect shipping addresses (see our Shipping Policy for details). -

• Order number
• Photos of damage (if applicable)
• Carrier tracking/details (if undelivered)
• We will respond within 2 business days. -
• Credit will be applied to your Levietate Co. account.
• No expiration date.
• Can be used on all future orders (excluding shipping fees).
