At Levietate Co, we take pride in providing high-quality, ethically made products. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no returns, no refunds policy, with exceptions only for damaged or undelivered items.

  • No Returns or Refunds

    All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products, including:

    Paper, metals, oils, other hand-picked - on of a kind thrifted items or any other branded finished products.

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we may issue online store credit (not cash refunds) upon verification.

  • Damaged Items:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

    Undelivered/Lost Packages:
    • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
    • Provide carrier confirmation of non-delivery (if applicable).
    • Once verified, we will issue store credit for the affected items.

  • ❌ Change of mind (incorrect product selection, dissatisfaction with texture/scent).
    ❌ Partial usage (even if only a small amount was used).
    ❌ Orders with incorrect shipping addresses (see our Shipping Policy for details).

  • Email us at hello@levietate.com with:

    • Order number
    • Photos of damage (if applicable)
    • Carrier tracking/details (if undelivered)
    • We will respond within 2 business days.

  • • Credit will be applied to your Levietate Co. account.
    • No expiration date.
    • Can be used on all future orders (excluding shipping fees).
