We do not offer replacements on tarot/oracle decks for “crushed corners.” Due to the nature of shipping we cannot guarantee the decks to arrive in unblemished condition.

We do offer replacement on water damage. In some cases we do offer replacement pending the nature of the issues and photo proof. Please contact us for further details.

Please note all parcels are weighed and measured multiples times during its travel. This is how we guarantee your parcel hasn’t been tampered with. Before delivery, your parcel’s weight is recorded on the parcels manifest. We work very closely with our shipping partners and will file for an internal investigation to see what went wrong. Once a judgment has been made, we can discuss further how to move forward.
