If you have already received a tracking number, we cannot change the delivery address. You are responsible for the pickup of your parcel.

*Please note - International shipments that are undeliverable are destroyed by the international shipping agent within 14 days of non-pickup/delivery. They are not returned to levietate co.
Please contact us so we can contact our courier. They will be able to do an internal investigation as to why your parcel has stopped moving. Internal investigations take 2-4 business days to resolve.
