Thank you for purchasing from Levietate Co. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing our Products (tarot/oracle decks, books, or stationery), you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including:

    • Change of mind

    • Ordering errors (e.g., incorrect address, wrong item selected)

    • Delays caused by shipping carriers

2. No Replacements (Except for Proven Damage)

  • We do not offer replacements unless you provide clear photographic proof of significant damage(e.g., torn pages, water damage, broken items).

  • Excluded: "Crushed corners," minor dents, or cosmetic imperfections due to shipping are not eligible for replacements. These are inherent risks of postal transit.

3. Shipping Damage Claims

  • If your order arrives severely damaged, you must:

    1. Contact the delivering mail service (USPS, FedEx, etc.) directly to file a damage claim.

    2. Email us at hello@levietate.com within 3 days of delivery with:

      • Photos of the damaged item(s)

      • Proof of purchase (order number)

      • Documentation from the carrier acknowledging the claim

  • We reserve the right to deny replacement requests if these steps are not followed.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive it, contact your local postal service or neighbors first.
