Shin (ש) is the letter of "fire" and "tooth," symbolizing radical transformation, divine power, and the consuming fire of spirit. Its three flames represent the three pillars of the Tree of Life (Right, Left, and Central) and the fundamental forces of creation, preservation, and destruction. With a dot on the right (Shin) it is the fire of grace; on the left (Sin) it is the fire of stern judgment. Shin's metaphysical meaning is the power of spiritual fire to purify and elevate the soul to its divine source.
