Shipping Delays

This is an announcement all our American customers. Please note, all purchases made by United States citizens are strictly shipped with Canada Post. Due to the uncertainty of tariff charges, and other delays, we only ship with Canada Post, as it is the only protected government funded shipping service in Canada. All of our paper products are protected under the Canada-US-Mexico Free Trade Agreement [CUSMA]. Other products that are not protected, include, oils-stones-metals-wood-plastics-glass-etc.

Anything, not listed as a paper product, is subject to a 35% fee at checkout or is at risk of being charged $80-$200/parcel upon arrival to the destination address [within US-borders].

There is still a lot of uncertainty regarding shipping to the USA, as there are daily updates, and changes being made to shipping regulations by the POTUS. We do not have any influence on whether or not these products are charged, how they are charged or if the shipping regulations change while the parcel in en-route to its destination. 

Please do your due diligence and make sure you are financially ready to accept the charges that could be attached to your parcel upon arrival to your address. 

If you decide to refuse the parcel due to newly attached fees by US-Customs, we will not refund the cost of your parcel. The parcel, itself, does not return to Lévietate Co., it is in-fact, destroyed by the parcel delivery service within the USA [usually UPS, USPS, FedEx]. You will still be held responsible for the cost of the parcel.
